Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) is one of the study programs in the Pasundan Cimahi Teacher Training and Education College (STKIP). PPKn Study Program graduates are not only teachers, but also many of its alumni work in government agencies, DPRD, become entrepreneurs, and other fields that are in accordance with PPKn.

STUDY PROGRAM MISSION

PPKn

Organizing professional education and teaching programs in the field of Pancasila and Citizenship Education based on Islamic and Sundanese values.
Conducting research that supports the development of the discipline of Pancasila and Citizenship Education, and publishing it through both national and international journals.
Carrying out community service activities with reference to studies and research in the field of Pancasila and Citizenship Education.
Implementing curriculum updates to anticipate and adapt to the needs of the user community.
Developing cooperation with related parties in an effort to develop reliable human resources in the field of Pancasila and Citizenship Education to strengthen the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education.
Improving the quality of lecturers to support the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
Developing facilities and infrastructure to support a quality learning process in accordance with the applicable curriculum.

The Scientific Vision of the PPKn Study Program of STKIP Pasundan is “To realize the development of scientific Pancasila and Citizenship Education based on Islam and Sundanese with a global perspective”.

Producing innovative Bachelors of Pancasila and Citizenship Education who have pedagogical, professional, personality and social competencies.
Producing research products on Pancasila and Citizenship Education which include character education, legal education, political science and government, learning technology and innovation, civic entrepreneurship, and socio-cultural sciences.
Implementing community service programs in the field of Pancasila and Citizenship Education including character education, legal education, political science and government, technology and learning innovation, civic entrepreneurship, and socio-cultural sciences.
Developing PPKn science in a democracy laboratory to support learning of values, morals, law, politics, and socio-culture in realizing good and smart citizenship.
Providing study program services that are credible, transparent, accountable, responsible and fair.

Organizing innovative education and learning to produce PPKn teachers who have pedagogical, professional, personality, and social competencies.
Conducting research in the field of Pancasila and citizenship education which includes character education, legal education, political science and government, learning technology and innovation, civic entrepreneurship, and socio-culture.
Organizing research-based community service in the fields of character education, legal education, political science and government, technology and learning innovation, civic entrepreneurship, and socio-culture.
Establishing cooperation and partnerships with other universities, government agencies, and other education stakeholders in improving graduate competency.
Providing professional services to the wider community based on Pancasila and Citizenship Education to improve the quality of life in society, the nation and the state.

a. Menghasilkan Sarjana Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan yang inovatif dan

memiliki kompetensi pedagogi, profesional, kepribadian, dan sosial
1) Mengembangkan kurikulum yang relevan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat.
2) Melaksanakan evaluasi untuk mengukur tingkat ketercapaian tujuan.
3) Mengembangkan pola pembelajaran yang komprehensif.
b. Menghasilkan produk-produk penelitian Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan yang

meliputi pendidikan karakter, pendidikan hukum, ilmu politik dan pemerintahan, teknologi

dan inovasi pembelajaran, civic entrepreneurship, dan ilmu sosial budaya.
1) Meningkatkan kualitas penelitian dosen.
2) Menyelenggarakan pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah.
3) Menyelenggarakan Kerjasama dalam penelitian dengan perguruan tinggi lain.
c. Melaksanakan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat di bidang Pendidikan Pancasila

dan Kewarganegaraan meliputi pendidikan karakter, pendidikan hukum, ilmu politik dan

pemerintahan, teknologi dan inovasi pembelajaran, civic entrepreneurship, dan ilmu sosial

budaya.
1) Meningkatkan kualitas pengabdian dosen.
2) Menyelenggarakan Kerjasama pengabdian antar perguruan tinggi dan instansi lainnya.
3) Meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang

dilakukan program studi dan dosen.
d. Mengembangkan keilmuan PPKn dalam laboratorium demokrasi untuk mendukung

pembelajaran nilai, moral, hukum, politik, dan sosial budaya dalam mewujudkan good and

smart citizenship.
1) Meningkatkan pengetahuan kewarganegaraan mahasiswa melalui Gerakan literasi

kewarganegaraan.
2) Melaksanakan uji riset kewarganegaraan.
3) Menambah pengetahuan kewarganegaraan berbasis pembelajaran.
e. Menyelenggarakan layanan program studi yang kredibel, transparan, akuntabel,

bertanggungjawab, dan adil.
1) Menyusun tata pamong berdasarkan standar yang ditetapkan oleh lembaga.
2) Mengembangkan sistem manajemen dan pengembangan program database program

studi.
3) Melaksanakan penyelenggaraan prodi sesuai dengan SOP akademik yang ditetapkan

oleh Lembaga.
4) Meningkatkan kesekretariatan kinerja prodi secara bertanggung jawab.
5) Mengembangkan manajemen organisasi program studi yang efektif dan efisien

sehingga tidak adanya tumpang tindih dalam pelayanan terhadap mahasiswa.
